Our Package Tours are designed to allow the client to enjoy the holiday of their choice whilst conducting the important yet effortless process of viewing and maybe purchasing a property plus the formation of your very own company.
This unique service encompasses the following: You will be collected from the airport and taken to your chosen hotel by a chauffeur driven luxury vehicle, the driver of course will be fluent in English.
You will be collected from your hotel and chauffeured to one of our offices so that you may start the formation process of your very own company, you will then be chauffeured to view you chosen property purchase or purchases. On completion of the day’s activities you will be returned to your hotel where you will be able to enjoy a few days rest and relaxation. 5-7 days later you will once more be collected from your hotel and the final stages of your company formation will be completed. You will then be accompanied by one of our very experienced English speaking members of staff to the local notary office where the conclusion of your property purchase will take place.
If you are already the proud owner of a Bulgarian company you will be collected from your hotel and chauffeured to view you chosen property purchases, if all parties are in agreement and the required paperwork is in place then the property purchase maybe completed on the same day. On completion of the day’s activities you will be returned back to you hotel where you will be able to enjoy the rest of your holiday.At the end of your holiday you will be collected from your hotel and chauffeured to the airport.
Please be advised If company formation is part of the purchase process your holiday must not be for any less than 8 days but please be assured that out of the 8 days you will only be required to be available for 2-3 days to allow us to complete all the administrative requirements for your company formation and property purchase.
